As other people have said, it seems like this is a scam, too bad I did not see these reviews beforehand. They are telling me that my tyre is "in customs" but the shipping company are saying they have not received the tyre. Lying timewasters

Website implies delivery in two days - ten days gone and no tyre. Delivery tracking says tyre isn't dispatched yet. Delticom say tyre is in customs! May be here next week. I think I have been mugged by a German company fronting as a UK supplier.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Wish I'd read the reviews before buying from them. Took 2 weeks from date of ordering a tyre for it never to arrive and was lied to repeatedly about it's whereabouts. It then took 6 weeks to get a refund. Shoddy, unprofessional and absolutely dire company to deal with. Avoid.

Do not purchase from this company. Completely fraudulent. Sent me the completely incorrect rims in January. Can not contact anyone when I ring up and when I e mail they come back with false dates that the rims will be collected. I have taken two separate dates off work where I was told they would be collected and I would be refunded but they were never collected. They just e mail to fob me off. It is absolutely disgraceful will now have to pursue the legal route to get my money back. Please avoid and save yourself being robbed of hard earned money

Purchased an item that never arrived. Battled to get a refund, a year later I started getting emails to say they had found the item and to open a link to check the signature. These emails are still coming thick and fast from different addressees each time. Clearly trying to hack my email and details. Avoid to be safe.

The problem isn't the product. It's the delivery in parts over multiple days. While they refer you to the terms and conditions, who is ever expecting a company to deliver 4 wheels in easy to accept intervals as opposed to one day like normal people. How many days do they think I have to sit at home waiting for a delivery of large items. Phone customer care and they really don't. Really unless you are retired with no life or simply never leave home you will want to avoid.

Anywhere else this company would be shut down, complete lack of contractual obligation. Take your money, send the wrong tyres then its email tennis and bunch of lies about collecting the returns, phone them it is the same BS. You will be out of pocket and waste so much time and energy and still not get the returns or the refund. Avoid like the plague

Doggy Company ever ! they did not send any tyres after 10 days !!! then they sent email regarding PayPal refund ! but THEY DIDN'T AND keep saying you have to wait !!! DO NOT BUY AND MAKING FUN OF URSELF !!! THEY ARE USELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used this site for tyres for a number of years. The tyres always arrive on time, the prices are competitive and the fitting service is flexible and efficient. I'm not connected to them in any way other than as a satified repeat customer and imagine that the (only) other reviewer was unlucky.

This is a dodgy company. It trades also on ebay under differant names goods never arrive. Please keep well away. Lets close these parasites down forever.
